Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Officer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company’s book of business by securing new clients, selling new and improved services to new and existing clients, and serving as the liaison between all our clients and the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster business growth and client retention.
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Create and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and strategic advantages.
• Prepare and present proposals
• Develop compelling business proposals, reports, and presentations to attract potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Work closely with operational and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
•Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Security Guards
All recruits must have either successfully graduated from National Youth Service and/or have a minimum of three years working experience at a reputable security firm.
All guards must produce a Certificate of good conduct(collected from the CID headquarters)prior to starting work with Alpha Force Security; this is to ensure that none of our employees have any form of criminal record.
All guards must have successfully completed secondary school education with a minimum of Grade D+.
All guards must have at least 3 referees all of whom must be contacted during the interview process.
Prior to commencing work at Alpha Force, all new recruits must undergo a one week training and “shadowing” program; this program is meant to induct them into the manner in which operations are handled at Alpha Force Security.
